Many thanks for your email and I am happy to help. Can I ask what you are looking to do with the printer? What are your products?
Our first food printer was bought from an Italian company and it was not very good so after some research I found ACRO and we bought our first machine in 2014. We have now bought six in total and five of them are still working well and the first one is now used for parts and spares.
The machines are generally reliable, but as with all technology they can have problems and once you get used to the common errors, they are easy to maintain. The newest two machines are more reliable than the older ones, but if you do need help from David he is very helpful and quick to respond despite the time difference. I would recommend ACRO and have been happy to do this for David a few times now so that shows I am happy with their products and service.
We sell advertise our products over the internet and customers can buy online or speak to our sales team. Our customers are all businesses, we do not sell to the public.
As our customers are businesses our trade is not very seasonal. We do get busier in October and November due to Christmas and are quiet in January and August.
Regarding Instagram, we have only started using it more recently so I am not sure how it will work for us. As we are targeting businesses we are going to be using LinkedIn more going forward.
