I have a store in Monterrey, Mexico in which I produce several personalized candies. About one year ago I bought a food printer from someone in China (Alibaba). The printer was not that expensive at the beginning. This is because first of all I had a really hard time communicating with the manufacturer of that machine. They didn’t answer our questions untill weeks later. After some months using the machine and handling all problems by ourselves, finally the printer didn’t work any more. Many and many messages (whatsapp, Alibaba chat and email) were sent for the manufacturer to help us fix the machine and until now, no response at all.
Since I have a store and I use the food printer a lot, I found David from Acroprinter. This is definitely the best service I have ever had. This guy has helped with everything we ask almost immediately. David is patient enough during the printer installation. Also the printer is very easy to operate. This Acroprinter is, by far, a much more quality printer than the one I bought before.
